My 01 Burb has about 98k and I was thinking about having the trans serviced (no power flushing, just filter, gasket and fluid change), brake fluid flushed and coolant service. I haven't looked at the owner's manual yet, but does the transfer case get servied too?

Yes the transfer case should be serviced every 40,000 miles.

Does anyone know what fluid should be used in the transfer case

If you have electronic transfer case than it takes AutoTrak ll fluid GM part # 12378508. Its only avaible from a GM dealer. Its about $8.00qt. Takes a little over two qts. so you'll need three.

What about the two differentials?

I would change them both. I use Mobil 1 synthetic gear lube I get fom AutoZone. I also get my Mobil 1 synthetic transmission fluid from them. Get my Mobil 1 engine oil from Walmart.
