I took my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer EXT back to the dealer to have my front end suspension issues resolved. The car is covered under an extended warranty, and the warranty is suppose to cover Struts, but not Shocks.

I received a call yesterday, and the dealer stated the struts were bad, and they would be replaced under warranty. However, the dealer later called back, and stated that the front end struts weren't struts but they were shocks. I was told by the dealer that the Extended Warranty Adjuster told them that they were shocks and not struts. Can anyone tell me if the 2002 Chevy Trailblazer has struts or shocks in the front? I'm looking at a cost of $639.00 to have all four shocks replaced (front and rear) if they are really shocks in the front. Thanks.
