All that stuff I know, but is there anything else? It has 136,000 miles, is there anything else I should do at this mileage? Don't kill me for this, but it has never had a tune up... But it had a coolant flush and fill with a water pump replacement at about 80k miles, and that's all the work it's ever had. (Bought it new)

I would replace the spark plug wires if there factory wires as I'm sure there baked to death from the engine heat. Also use A/C Delco plugs only. As many people on this site can say GM's just seem to like the Delco's. Some other plugs will cause misfire codes. I would also change the axle lube and transfer case if its a 4x4.

x2.....On going with A/C Delco Plugs, and the ones you would want are the.....A/C Delco Iridium Tip Spark Plugs and this would also be a good time to go with a New Set of Plug Wires......and regarding the MAF Sensor Cleaner, Use Only CRC's MAF Cleaner.....and a Cleaning of the Throttle Body & Injector's is a item that should be done, if it has not been done in some time......I would Check the Belts and Hoses and replace if needed......on The Fluid's.....to add to what has been mentioned above......If the Brake and Steering Fluids have not been Flushed, now would be the time to think about flushing out for Fresh fluid's.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I'll probably change the the trans fluid too. The transfer case has been taken care of. I'll check the belts while I'm in there. I have to take out the gauge cluster to fix the speedometer, so I'll do all this stuff at one time.

Also, yesterday, it started to make an odd noise around 700 RPM (Idles at about 500) especially when slowing down to a stop. I know it's not the brakes because they've got lots of life left. It's a grinding/rattling sound. Once it drops down to idle it stops. I noticed it in stop and go traffic yesterday. Anyone know what that could be before I have my mechanic ride with me to hear it?

Could be a belt pully. Have you listened under the hood??
