Hey friends, it's been a minute since I've visited this forum. Thankfully, my 2002 Avalanche 8.1L has been my dream truck since I got it 2 years ago.

My husband's 2000 Yukon 5.3L has been great, too. However, it has close to 280,000 miles, so we are casually shopping for a replacement as the local market is starting to look better for buying. He uses it as a daily freeway driver, with monthly backcountry camping trips, towing 3,000lb, 13ft trailer.

We have been going back and forth between a 2004 Yukon Denali 6.0L and a 2004 Tahoe Z71 5.3L. I want the 6L for towing. He prefers the off-road package Tahoe, but not sure what the extras are for that. We also are not sure the pros/cons between the different suspensions (Denali seems more concerning to me) and the pros/cons between Denali AWD vs. Tahoe 4WD. So, I came here to seek your sage advice.
