Hello can anyone direct me to where to purchase new ball joints one of mine is shot and just going to replace the set. It has a 6inch fabtech lift on it. If there are heavy duty ones i would like to purchase those.:great:

Are you using the factory upper control arms or were they replaced with new ones from your lift it? If they're factory you should be able to get them at AutoZone, Pep Boys, O'Reiley's, Napa etc.... If they're Fabtech control arms you would probably have to contact Fabtech.

I will look tommarow i think they where replaced but i am not 100 percent sure because i bought the truck used in arizona in march.

If they are the stock arms I suggest using NAPA's ball joints. go with the NAPA line (I think they usually have two) more expensive ones as they are beefed up over stock style.

Just checked the Napa line is Master ride (cheaper) and just Napa chasis which is much better.

X2 what dsfloyd said, get the NAPA Gold balljionts. Your Fabtech kit uses stock control arms so the stock type balljionts will work. They are PRESSED-IN so if you don't have a portable b/joint press you will have to remove the control arm and take to a shop/auto store that has a press. Most NAPA stores have a press, check with them they may press them out for free if you buy the parts from them.
