2007 Suburban

The passenger side 2nd row seat side lever and automatic button no longer release the seat so that the kids can quickly access the third row seats from the rear passenger door.

The release switch behind the seat and to the lower left/driver's side does release the seat and allows it to go forward.

Any ideas on cause of problem and cost to repair?

Hi Tricia,

If you can answer my questions rather than redirecting me to a dealer or asking me for my personal information, it would be more appreciated. Respectfully, if I wanted to call Chevrolet help desk or go to a dealer, I would have done that already. Rather, I wanted to leverage the collective knowledge of the board's members rather than a Chevrolet employee.
