i own a 2008 silver ado with electric mirrors. and i was wondering if i bought the electric extendable mirrors, would they fit and WORK on my chevy?

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 4x4 and they fit the same as the stock one's did and just plugged right up. The Tow mirrors i have come with every option along with turn signals but they are on the outer part of the mirror.
