The folks at GM have released hp and torque numbers for the 2014 Silverado 6.2L engine.

420HP and 450ft-lb of torque, that's a real stump ripper for a gas engine. GM also reports that the new Silverado equipped with this engine will tow 12,000 pounds.
Anyone wanna bet that when the 2015 F150 debuts they will claim 12,100 pounds towing?
