Code PO138/2271 ...so far I've put in new air filter, cleaned MAP sensor, as well as, 2 new sensors; I figured the first one was bad as well. My scan tool states that it is stuck rich and High voltage. Please help

Yeah, driver side after the converter. I've changed out two of them so far figuring the first one was bad but you know still throwing the code. Clean the map sensor out that didn't help changed and cleaned out and vacuumed all the air box and everything and took all the ductwork for the breather and wipe that down and clean that and nope I don't know what it is I don't think it's an injector there's no skipping no smoking or anything like that just don't know what to do but thanks for the comeback.

Usually the problem is not the sensor, it is just reporting the condition of the exhaust gases.

Sometimes it's due to an exhaust leak upstream from the sensor. And, in your case, it would be on the drivers side.
