1991 pickup ¾ ton 350 engine just stopped running.
I Replaced:
Plugs
Wires
Cap & Rotor
Then tried to start and got nothing

So I replaced
Ignition control module
Then she started for 10 minutes

So I replaced
Coil
Fuel filter
Air filter

She still will only run for about 10 minutes then shuts off and won’t start again for hours.

I can spray starter fluid in carb and get nothing.

I do get trouble code 15 Coolant temperature sensor faulty

What to do next?

You need to check out the code 15 first. You need to plug in a scan tool to "see" what the computer sees. A faulty coolant temp sensor will cause bad fuel problems, but usually won't keep it from starting, UNLESS it is flooding the engine. Pull your plugs and see if they are fouled with fuel (black, sooty looking). The effect is like running with a closed choke.
Good Luck and God Bless

Starter fluid is not good for engines and other living things. Check your timing. You may have slipped a cog or two on the chain if it has high mileage. You need to check basics. Compression, spark, fuel, timing. You have thrown parts at the motor, now it's time for analysis.
