My wife's 95' Blazer failed the smog check this week. Go figure, I have been telling her for sveral months to get the check done before we had to renew the tags. Old tags expired today. Any way, the only part that failed was that it's "HC" rating was high by about 8.8%. Any ideas on what it would take to fix this? Thanks for your help guys.
