Okay, so I just swapped out the transmission on my 97 2500. I wasnt able to drive the truck before I bought it because of the bad tranny, but it other wise seemed in good shape. Well I swapped out the transmission, and the 4x4 doesn't work, front driveshaft spins but the axle doesn't, so I replaced the front actuator. 4x4 still doesn't work, Also when I have the lever in 2x4 the heater motor will blow and run, but as soon as I drop it into 4x4 the heater quits. Could it be a grounding issue or what do y'all think? Thanks in advance.

Can you feel or hear the actuator working?,and look for any wiring that got Disturbed during swap, maybe wiggle when in 4by4, listen for change?
