97' GMC Jimmy timing cover replacement

So... I recently did the intake gaskets on my jimmy as well as a few other things to say the least. I recently noticed that my engine was leaking oil. As it turns out it's starting to leak some oil from the timing chain cover. It's leaking about a quarter of the way up from where the oil pan bolts to the block. I'm wondering if it's possible to do this without taking the oil pan down. I know that's not an easy job to do if it has to come down.


Any ideas? Thanks!
