98 and 99 is it driffrent in the rear ends ring and pin

Hey guys the rear end went out again on my 99 z71 gt4 and I was wondering if this donar truck rear end would work. But there is no Rpo code in glove box but I did get what was left of the Vin. I think it is 1GCE14M7WZ203388 for the donar truck it is also 5 lug with break shoes style will the ring and pin gear match up to the needs on my z71 6 lug disk breaks im working on a tight budget have had truck for over 20 years it's been a damn good one so far
