Edelbrocks are ok, I used them on the back of my 1ton tow rig for a while, they offer a nice stable ride for towing.
Bilsteins are probably the best choice if the truck is stock and doesnt see a lot of off-road.
A good combination for off road trucks is Bilsteins front and Ranch RS 9000 adjustables in back.
