A/C Heat Blower Noise

I'm having this problem. Sometimes I turn the heat up and the blower makes a slight noise like a baseball card in bicycle spokes. Sometimes it doesnt go on and I have to hit it. Is it on its way out,just replace it. If so whats the part number and how hard is it to take apart.

Its getting cold here and I want to resolve this ASAP.

Sometimes leaves get trapped inside the area where the blower motor (cage) is. Try to clean the area out first to see if that helps.

I think that's a good idea. Probably something stuck down inside of there.
