Here is the problem : front a/c blows poor at best a/c, yet the a/c in the back is ice cold. front air 70 rear air 40 ish. my pressure is high on the low side 45 - 50 psi at idle drops some when you speed it up but not much. it is a r-12 system. PLEASE HELP arizona is kind of hot with one a/c working and kids are fighting

Have you checked to make sure the heater door under the dash is closing completely. You could be heating and cooling at the same time.
is there a special way of checking that?
Right now I have a stuck AC vent for one of the top vents in my trailblazer. I know becuae I can get heat out of it all day long, but only a trickle of AC.

Try turning the heat on to see if you get a blast of hot air. If it is hot, turn it on back and forth heat and ac, heat and ac. I'll try a bit of WD40 this weekend, I hope I don't have to take too much stuff apart.
