I did a search, but I couldn't find a thread about dash pads or covers for the suburbans. There are a dozen different brands offered, many for around $30-$50, so I was looking for some advice on the best one to buy, or a reason not to buy one. I'm guessing it will help reduce the chance of my dash cracking...

Thanks. I bet several people might want something like that. However, I was thinking more about the contoured pads that are made of cloth-type materials... not a rigid plastic piece.
