I bought this out of a new 2004 Colorado for a 2004 Colorado that I had but then upgraded to a LS and it came with the same radio. I have had this stored for a couple of years.

I believe this will work for several GM products but you will have to check with the dealer on what it will fit. It also needs to be programmed by a dealer to work is what I have been told.
