Hello all, I'm just wondering if the skid plates on a Z71 would bolt right up onto my Nevada Edition?

I was thinking about heading to the scrappers to see if anyone wrecked theirs and if I could get the plates off it but jut wanted to check in to see if things drasically changed from one year to the other. I have a 2010 EXT Cab Nevada ed. Sierra. Would I have to get them off another 2010 EXT Cab Z71? or would any z71 do?

I've never really looked at the skid plates, but I'd bet there interchangeable.

Not really sure what a Nevada edition is, but would I assume correctly that it is a 2wd drive prerunner type truck? I would assume that yes the skid plates are interchangable regarless, but in my opinion if you want a solid skid plate, just have one made. All it takesis a heavy piece of steel that is bent to correctly fit your application and then get some heavy grade bolts, washers and nuts form ACE or any reputable hardware store and mount it up. A skid plate is nothing special as far as from the factory, you could even just get a piece of diamond plate from a hardware store store and spray paint it to match your truck and then bolt it on yourself.
