What's the highest lift you can get from the 5100 Bilstein adjustable shocks?

If you get these to level out a 07 NBS GMC should I get blocks for the rear or these shocks all the way around or will just the front level it up good??

I had a lady at a truck place that may lift my truck say you can get 4" and more lift from these shocks. I think she was confused with something else would that be right?

Also do you need a realignment if you just get the leveling shocks put on the front?

You can get 2-2.5" of lift, every truck is a little differant. I would get the rear shocks also. I would adjust the front as high as the shocks will go and then adjust there rear with blocks as to how you what the truck to sit. Some people like the front a little higher, some like it level and others like the rear sitting up alittle. I think the lady at the truck shop was mistaken.
