body rust

I have a 97 silverado. it has two spots of bad rust, right below the 3rd door passenger side, I was wondering if there is anything that can be done to fix this, its eatin all the way through is about a 3 inch section. Driving me crazy.

You can find repair panels for just about any spot.
Rust sucks. Hard to stop without cutting it out. There are some chemicals available that convert rust. POR makes some. There are others.
