There may be one guy in a million that would have that info.
If you have a bolt that threads in a little way, it's either close; but not the right bolt; or it's the right bolt and the threads a dirty, try a squirt of wd40.
Or, get a tap and chase the threads

Have one going in, but they seem tight, maybe they are supposed to be that way? Can anyone quickly tell me the bolt size?

yep, did the cleaning/oiling and trying to run one thru, may have had a metric bolt, but found a 5/16 and that seems to work, but, there was a lot of undercoating that had to be cleaned off first!
