Brakes Rubbing!? please help

hey guys im a noob when it comes to brakes/bearings. this is my first time working with either one. but i jacked up BOTH wheels today on my 94 silverado and spun both of them and they spin freely for about 5 seconds then stop and they make a grinding noise.. so i took the wheel off and notices BOTH rotors were rubbing the brake pads and they were very hard to spin. they wernt wobbling or anything just rubbing, is this normal?! thanks guys

ill have to see. but they dont stop it completely they add a litle resistance though nothing major., thanks for the help man

The pads are like 7 years old lol. Its rarely driven so the pads still have a little life left in them. i might leave it until i need to brakes or rotors and when i get news ones i bet it will stop. thanks man :D
