2005 Chevy Tahoe. Both interior and exterior handles not working. I can fix this, once i get the door opened. But how do i get the door panel off when the door is closed so i can operate the latch?

You might be cutting it off and going to a junkyard for a replacement. Otherwise Im stumped.

Or take the 2 screws out and pry
May still come off with a little umph
