Why dont you just buy a suburban? I don't see the point in down grading an Escalade. save those extra pennies and treat your family. I didnt realize that gmc only has the terrain... I have a GMC suburban, I just assumed they were still doing that. they actually probably are but would be for GVMT/Sec Ops type fleets with big motors and no afm.
I thought about that.
I like the looks of a Tahoe/Suburban.
I like it's transfer case.
But it has less HP and torque than Escalade.
I drive mk3 focus with a stick shift and 105hp right now and pretty much sure that Tahoe HP and torque will make me happy, but kinda want more and Escalade has more=)
And Escalade has more toys and whistles inside.
I started to think that Tahoe has more things that i like, while wrighting this.
So that's why i still can't decide which one i like more...

well you just go down to the dealership and start test driving and then you can decide. whatever makes more HP in the Escalade should be able to happen in the other trucks as well.

I dont think you can compare cars to trucks when there are 1000's of Lbs in weight difference. I can spin the tires in both my old trucks and they are stock with much less HP than today's vehicles
