I've got a 1998 GMC Suburban w/ about 175K miles. I'm having a problem with my heater. I can't seem to get it to throw out any hot air. Initially, I replaced the thermostadt, that didn't resolve my problem. Yesterday, I replaced the "Actuator", which I believe is the electronically powered device that opens and closes the door that lets hot air/fresh air into the cab. Before I attached it, I had it plugged in to the factory pig tail, and as I would adjust the heat control knob on the dash, I noticed that the Actuator didn't turn. It fits over a plastic spindle that operates the hot air/fresh air flap. The Actuator turns the plastic spindle that opens and closes the flap. I think my problem might be electrical. I checked the fuses, and they all seem to be fine. Any suggestions? Thanks much! Brent
