I have posted this here, to get more exposure.
whenever I pull away from a stop,or make a turn in my '82 GMC G2500 van, the amber "choke" light comes on for a few seconds,then goes out. engine is a 305, q jet carb. what's making it do this? any thoughts on how to fix this will be appreciated, as having to remove the eng cover every time is a royal PITA :grrrrrr:
