2008 Silverado 1500 the passenger is getting COLD air on her feet while heat is blowing on the windshield. Any ideas of what I can do to fix this?

Google Resync GM HVAC Actuators. You might have to try more than one method. Let us know if it works or not. They work in many cases. If they don't work you may have a blend door problem.

When defrost is on, the AC compressor is running; any mis-aligned blend door is going to cause AC air to blow through passages.

Select the position that gives air to windshield and to floor

When the air select is on recirculating the inside air it doesn't seem so bad, but when I change it to outside air and use the defrost & foot option it seems to allow the cold air just to come right in.
