That looks awsome!! Like it came that way right out of the factory. I tried to do the samething with my custom vinyl. I get asked every now and then if mine is a dealer package. Looks like you'll be getting the same questions. But I bet you won't mind folks asking about your truck right?

Thanks. I don't mind people asking me questions about my truck at all, shoot, I have people come up to me in parking lots asking what kind of muffler I'm running, where I got my tail lights, and a few other questions. Yours looks good too, I like the black stripes you have on there, I may do something like that to mine eventually. I'm going to start saving up for my wheels now though, so it'll be a bit before I do any other small mods.

Thanks to everyone for the comments.:great:

I like guys like you who just don't go out to the local parts place and buy whatever piece of god-awful plactic is on the shelf and plaster it on their trucks:grrrrrr:. I can tell you really think about how it all comes together. It took me over 6 months of tring to find the right emblem for the front of my truck. The theme of mine centered around the 327 (5.3) under the hood. The emblem, and the hockey stick stripe both came on cars with a 327 motor. I could have just gotten a numbered emblem that actually said "327", but I love the fact that only people who know their cars, and trucks, will get it.

A tip if you are serious about getting the stripe. I was going to get one on ebay. But after I checked with a local custom shop, I found out I could get it through them for way less! And all of the vinyl was made to the exact thing I wanted. Plus they offered great advice on where to add/delete things. All my vinyl, removal of moldings/emblems, and custom desiging of my stuff was only $200. So it never hurts to ask!
