If I recall correctly, there's a diode pack under the dash that will cause the problem you're describing. It's a real bear to get to.

There is also just a fuse for the DRL that could have popped, I have mine pulled as I cant have headlights on at night at my work but my DRL green light stays on when the headlights are not on.
