Hi All,

Does anyone know where I can get access to something that shows what each component that goes in the intake manifold is?

There shouldn’t be very many items. Distributor, heater hose, MAP sensor hose, EGR valve hose, EGR, Coolant temp sensor, thermostat, power brake booster vacuum line.

Thanks Greg, I understand that but I'm staring with a box of components and it seems like there are a few more, but maybe not. Curtis

Since you're starting with a box of parts, the best way I can answer that question is to advise you to do some Google research and compare pictures online. It's a fairly simple vehicle. There are pics online that will help you a lot. Also, I would advise to purchase the Chiltons and Haynes repair manuals. The Chilton goes more in depth than the Haynes, but I use both because sometimes one book will give more detail/pics than the other. Most of your questions can be answered right there. I've owned my '88 K1500 for 24 years, swapped it from 305 TBI to 350 w/carb, then back to 350 with TBI, and was able to do it all between those manuals and Google images. Good luck!
