I'm not sure if I have mine setup correctly. When it does it, the seat moves back about an inch and that's it. I thought it was because how far back my seat is set, but it could be that it's not working. Did you speak with the dealer?
For this issue, the exit position is adjustable. Just adjust the seat to where you want it to be when it goes to the exit position, then push and hold the exit button on the door to store it to memory like the 1 and 2 positions.I'm not sure if I have mine setup correctly. Ahhhh....I'll give that a try. Honestly, I don't really give it much thought getting out of the truck, but it'll be nice to have it work. For this issue, the exit position is adjustable. I would also recommend contacting your local dealership regarding this concern if you have tried to set the setting following the manual and it is still not working. Please feel free to keep me informed with any further developments regarding the fix. Thank you.I have a 2011 LTZ and have the easy exit setting so that the driver's seat is supposed to move back when the truck is turned off (hence, the easy exit). It only works sometimes. Does anyone else have this problem?
Thanks,
Steve
