I will probably have a new muffler installed in next few days. A question I have is: will I be able to run a pipe in front of each back tire? Will the gas tank location interfere with that? I don't remember what it looks like underneath... I just got it. More than likely I will just have a turndown after the muffler

The fuel tank shouldn't be in the way. You could always got with both infront of one tire like the gibson super truck series.

Just as a sidebar

If your exhaust ends under your truck and you go for directing the exhaust to the roadway (directly under the truck) don't expect to enjoy your stereo.

The sound will bounce up to the bottom of your vehicle.

Over the weekend I had a Magnaflow put on with a turn-down in front of the axle. . it sounds real good(for a 4.3). There is increased sound in the cab but it is just a low rumble...very tolerable.
