I have a 2007 avalanche and want to put a flowmaster exhaust on it but around here, no one has changed their exhaust and I am wondering what they sound like. My question is,,,, do they sound funny when they go to v4 mode and or is there a way to disable that so it sounds like it is supposed to?????

Go to youtube and just type in 2007 Avalanche flowmaster exhaust, you'll get a good amount of exhaust vids. Though it won't sound exactly the same as if you heard the exhaust in person, you can get a pretty good idea. I've heard from other users on this forum that there is a noticeable difference in sound when the engine goes into V4 mode, but this can be disabled with a programmer such as a Diablosport or Edge.

You should not hear any differance.. I have a Corsa system on my 08 Z71 Avalanche... Love it Are you on any of the Avalanche sites?
