I like fiberglass for the weight savings, but there's always going to be fitment issues, but it's not the fault of Fiberwerx or any other manufacturers. It's just the nature of the glass itself. It expands, it contracts, it shrinks, it warps, it does everything that steel doesn't do, so it requires way more time to get it faired out & the panel gaps right. If they're vacuum molded, then they'll be better than mold & plug, but will still take 4 or 5 times longer to get right than replacing a steel fender & getting it ready for paint. If you have the extra time it would be interesting if you'd keep this thread active on this project & keep us updated with a few pics & work log.
