Hello everyone I just bought a 2005 LT 5.3L 4x4 suburban. Love it so far but only had it for a week. Looking for any help on MPG improvements, as in best headers exhaust programmers CAI'S anything to help. Thanks

welcome and congrats on the new ride. mpg gains are minimal, but power and throttle response increases
Welcome to the Club!! For headers, go long tube vs short tube. I think for exhausts and CAI, most will provide about the same performance increases. For programmers, I would suggest something that allows for custom tunes (or at least gives you the ability to customize the program). I have a Predator and for the money, it fits my needs perfectly.
Welcome to the club. X2 what the others said plus switch ALL fluids to sythetics and easy on the gas pedal. Keep your tires inflated.

Welcome to the club. The best mpg tips are tire inflation & keep your foot out of it.
Welcome aboard! Like Blacksheep said, the way you drive has a LOT of influence on the gas milage you'll get.
