Flat black looks better on older trucks IMO, I would do gloss black if it were me. @ChromeSilver02, that GMC dually looks awesome, reminds me of something out of Mad Max.

I thought it look it would be from that movie also but I would love a dually like that, just looks bada$$

I'd go with gloss black. I think the flat black paint is just another fad. IMO nothing looks better than a deep, shiney black truck.

I agree with silverdotrailblazer, a good gloss black will look better than flat black. Flat looks like some kid did it in his garage if you ask me, although both of those line-x'd trucks look decent.

I'd flat black it.

I would paint it white. Easier to keep clean, easier to keep cool and does not show door dings as bad.

I'd go with the gloss black, or a black metallic!

I think that gloss black is going to be the best way to go for your truck. I love the look of a flat black truck but it only works well for certain applications (i.e.- older trucks with a hot rod vibe). The idea of Line-X for a paint job is certainly intriguing but that ultimately depends on you. It's kind of a bold move. I've seen it done well but for a truck that doesn't see much time offroad, I don't quite see the purpose. It does look mean, though. :glasses:
