Will a 2005 chevy silverado front end fit on a 2001 silverado front end? i mean bumper lights grills everything? does it line up like bolt on or custom molding?

I found this picture of a 2005 2500HD front-end adapted to a early 2000's Tahoe. I'm sure it can be done.
