Drivers got a modest reprieve from rising gasoline prices last week, according to a government report that showed the national average price for gasoline was down by less than a penny a gallon.

haha nope but somedays I sure do feel like it. I think my next investment will be a large drill. If I hit any black gold in my backyard you guys are all welcome to it.:great:

prices egded down??? someone forgot to tell the stations here, is currently 2.98-3.02/gal
what always amazes me is why premium is always 25 cents higher, does it require some sort of special process??

Premium has a higher octane, which is anti-knock and it evapoates faster which means for a faster burn. They say that a car that gets 25 mpg with regular will get 1-2 mpg gain with premium.
