I have a couple of questions to try to help you out here.
First: when you say every fuse, I assume you mean literally every fuse, not just the ones that seem relevant? If you haven't, check things like the radio fuse.
Next: Do you have any other issues with anything that might be tied to the computer (digital climate controls if you have them, radio, lights, anything like that)? The reason I ask is that you seem to have a lot of seperate issues that the only common thing I could think of would either be your body control module (BCM) or one of the Class 2 Data wires that allows the BCM to communicate with other modules such as the PCM for gauge information or your window switch, since the switches on the newer trucks are computer controlled.
I would suspect some Class 2 Data issues on this problem, so I would suggest finding and checking as many of those wires for a short as possible. If you need, I can track down the wire colors and/or diagrams for you.
If nothing else, you will have to go to the dealer so they can use the Tech 2 to find the codes that your electrical system will be storing for that type of issue that normal code readers cant access. If you have a good dealer like my local one, labor might be pricey, but my local dealer has some of the best diagnostics guys around. i just did work study with them, so I have become fairly informed on the process of how a good technician will find and fix an issue like that.
