hope someone can really help. I have a 2018 GMC 4x4 crew cab that I lowered 3/5 with lower control arms in front and flip kit in rear. Since I lowered the ride had been stiff and not sure I need to modify the sensors or sensor rods. Any technical feedback is appreciated.

Did you change out the shocks when you did this drop?
The Magneride suspension is a Magnetorheological damper system controlled via the shocks, they control the ride of your truck.
Not many people drop a 4wd truck so you created a somewhat rare issue.
Disabling the Magnaride system and installing shocks with the appropriate travel should fix the issue.
This system was developed by the Delphi Automotive corporation which is and now owned by Beijing West Industries (BWI), while there are replacement parts on the market to repair or replace Magneride shocks, you may need to do some fabrication to adapt non-Magneride shocks to your truck.
