Greetings all !

Found the "real part" of this site (Can"A"da):gasp: and figured I'd say hi !

I'm looking for someone that might know the answer to this question (I'll post the same question in the coffee shop as well).

I've also got a 94 c1500 1/2 with OD automatic that is acting weird, I have a chance on a 98 c1500 trans with only 165k on it, will it bolt in ?:sign0017:

:sign0016: You 94 is ODBI and the 98 is ODBII. So I would think your truck would be 700r4 tranny and the 98 would be a 4L60E tranny. The first tranny is mechanical shift and the latter one is electronic shift. You would be into changing PCM stuff too.

Good to see another Canadian on board though, Thanks
LMAO about the ford f250 (TOOO Funny)

Anyhow,

The 94 extended is on hold (other places to spend money) so it's been demoted to "around the yard truck" which has replaced "around the yard van" (79 chev van 20 with no doors, kinda like a golf cart on steriods).

the latest project is my continued intrest in downdraft gasification (burning bio-mass, to make gas that an engine can run on).

I've been awarded a stewardship to produce one of these for a local investor, so off I go, full gear back into it, I'll be posting a recent update to the website shortly.
