I would give them zero starts if I could. I ordered brakes for my truck. They sent me brake lines and a full chevy dash. I wanted to do the right thing and return the dash as it was not mine to keep. I was then given HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and told I had to drive 45min-1hr away to return the item which would be charged an oversized package fee OF $20 or I would be placed on a black list that is not allowed to purchase anything from LMC again. AGAIN I didnt request the dang dash and was not the one that screwed up the order but somehow I am the one losing out on this in order to accommodate them. Is that how customer service is suppose to work? I JUST WANTED MY BRAKE LINES, THE RIGHT BRAKE LINES! Instead they were rude and inconsiderate WHEN THEY ATE THE ONES THAT SCREWED UP. My customer service representative was LMC Manager Marie extension #1559. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & I STILL DONT HAVE PROPER BRAKE LINES.
