After breaking a serpentine belt due to a idler pulley seizing up I noticed that the power steering pump pulley has come loose. Anybody put one back on without removing the pump. If not where can I find info on re&re? I've had the truck since january 07. It's a 2002 3500 silverado dualey, crewcab, fullsize box,duramx LB7.thanx for any help

There is a special tool for removing and replacing the pulley on those pumps.

You should be able to borrow or rent or buy one at you local parts store.

Doesn’t mater if the pump is on or off the engine.

i'm looking for a link right now, if I can find a picture I will post that.
