I seem to remember others with a similar issue, try a search for "soaked floor" or something like that. If it's an '06 under warranty, I'd take it to the dealer to have it looked at.
Help - We Got Water Coming In!
06 Tahoe - 4WD 5.3
Note sure if its condensate or water from the outside. Floor on passenger side soaked - I mean soaked. I can not find a condensate drain hose/line on the front but I did make sure the one in the rear is clear. Pulled the fan out and water ran out on floor. I have read about their being a leaking windshield problem also a clogged weep hole under the grill under the wipers.
Anyone have this problem or know where I should look? All suggestions will be appreciated.

I had same issue. Remove the entire wiper arms and plastic piece between the windshield and hood (outside the vehicle). Look on the passenger side for a plate that was glued in at the factory. The glue may be hard and allowing water to flow past it right into the AC/Heater blower motor area and onto the carpet. I re-glued mine and am dry now!
