Hi everyone
I recently purchased a 1990 Chevy Suburban R1500 at Mecum Auctions. Just the other day I went to start it and...nothing. I have a brand new battery as I was told there was a fault with the front connectors. Still no luck so tried to jump the car...still no luck so got a new starter. We connected the starter and now there is absolutely no power when I turn the key. Whereas before when I tried turning the key it was trying to turnover now there is nothing. Someone told me it could be the ignition switch? We also had a spark when removing the old starter as we'd forgotten to disconnect the battery! So could this have shorted something? My mechanic suggested the fuse but I can't seem to find a fuse...
I'm far from an expert so hoping for some guidance here. Any help and suggestions will be greatly received!
Thank you in advance!

You can't delete, best you can do is ask an admin to do it.

Just leave it, it's not a big deal.
