Can you turn the engine over with a breaker bar and socket on the crank bolt?

well you have the 2 piece intake. did you pull the unit as one piece and leave the plastic upper attatched to the lower or did you separate them? reason im asking is because the fuel injectors are between the 2 and if you broke a line or an injector got stuck open from all the fumbling around. they are very brittle and sensitive and sometimes when all the pressure is lost and drained the regulator will give you problems. like an old water heater, pressure keeps everything pressed to the sides and when its released all the scale falls down and makes a headache. why did the motor start to sieze? coolant in oil?

If you removed the plugs in cylinders 7&8 and fuel came out then more than likely your engine is hydro locked. Take out all plugs and with battery disconnected try turn the engine over with the breaker bar to see if it will spin. If it does you need to find out why there is fuel spilling into the cylinders. Also if you have that much fuel in there then after you fix it you will need to do a complete oil change as fuel will be in the oil too.

Once you get the fuel out of the cylinders I would go ahead and fog all 8 cylinders. There are several brands at the auto parts stores so pick your poison. This will prevent any additional damage to the rings and cylinder walls. Gas in the cylinders strips all the lube from the cylinder walls.

It's a little added insurance in case you have to crank on the engine quite a bit to get it started.

Lawerence, you stated the starter smoked when the engine wouldn't turn over. That's because the starter windings and possibly the solenoid overheated and started to smoke since the engine wouldn't turn over. Are you able to crank the engine manually with the plugs out?
You should never have liquid fuel coming out of the spark plugs holes unless there is liquid gas in the cylinders.
