Hi guys I’m newbie here and I’ve got a 2003 Silverado 5.3l. I just got her about 6 months ago. I’d always had a Jeep but now I’m hooked on my square bodies Chevy. Mine is not as square as I’d like but she will do. She is my inner Demon. Like it says across the windshield!! I’m happy where I’m at in Texas luv life where I’m at. Just girl with her truck and a awesome man who tries to fix my truck.

It’s okay. I have a question about a toggle switch I just found. Is under the driver side column? What could it be

It could be something that was added to the truck. I don't think there are any switches there that are OE, but i am not 100 percent sure on that. Can you post a pic of the switch ?

Welcome to the GMTC. That switch could be for almost anything. Were there any aftermarket lights on the truck when you bought it? Or empty mounts or mounting holes? You might have to trace the wiring to find out what it's actually for.
