I've lived in California (So. Cal) for a short stint about 12 years ago. It would be great to live out there again, but I'm not sure I can afford it!

I'm out here now in the deserts of SoCal. I am considering a move to a more open state like AZ or NV. I'd pick Idaho in a heartbeat, but the wife can't take the winters anymore.
RE: Re: I guess I

Yeah, I spent my first six years in Idaho (Boise), then moved to Spokane which has even colder winters, then moved to Seattle, where it's just wet.

Becuase of allergies (really bad in the DFW area) we're thinking of moving sometime in the next 3-4 years possibly. Right now, we've been so cash strapped that we didn't have time to take a good trip West for the past couple of years, that should change this year and we should be able to take a trip and scout out areas that we'd like to move to.

Tennessee- value is the best. I owned a real estate company in Florida for 3 years and had access to many computer programs on demographics. It should be the next state to appreciate in value . % rate of return on investment. But then again I am not assuming any risk on that info.
All investments have risks. CA & FL have appreciated beyond resonable risk to reward ratios.
Currently purchasing property for back taxes but that another story. If you guys what some great prices on land I can help you on that. Next year I will open a branch office in TN.
Currently sell buildable lots for $3500. www.fairfieldglade.org Thats a great buy. Those are my personal lots I have 20 plus currently. [email protected]
Let me know your a suburban fan. because thats my associate pricing.

If you have allergies stay away from TN.

We were there for 5 years, daughter was allergic to the entire state.

Doctor said it was the worst place in the world except for some place in China.
RE: Re: I guess I

I have very bad allergies and asthma it's only been 7 months but so far no problems.
I did not even factor that in; it was almost all monetaryvaluations and projected growth.
I will look into the pollen counts.
Thanks for the tip.
